Rupert vs. Poang
So, I was going to write about how awesome the weather has been the past two days, and about the amazing pink, purple and blue flowers I've seen in the neighborhood. I discovered Reed College, just two blocks away from our house, and the gravel trail they have for me to exercise on. I was going to take pictures of the flowers, and the breathtaking view of the hills from Reed, but none of that happened.
Instead, I thought you might like to see this video I just took of Rupert. I didn't even know my camera HAD video! This has opened up a world of possibilities to me, and I promise the video quality can only go up from here.
(Don't worry about him clawing the furniture--not only does he refuse to play with his claws out, I also have been clipping them religiously so he couldn't scratch anything if he tried.)

We're having awesome weather here too. Everything is blooming at once. We now have lots of leaves on trees and bushes. Unfortunately, our butterfly bush that we planted last summer looks dead. We're not sure what to replace it with. I'm still waiting to plant flowers as we still aren't out of danger of frost. But I'm digging up dandelions.
Who the hell is Poang? Is he/she/it another Democrat running for President? I'll assume that Rupert batted him/her/it into submission?
Movies -- it's about time you discovered this. Now you can display movies of your artwork in action. 3-D views of your stuff. WOW!
So, do you need iMovie? Do you have it? The newest versions prob won't run on your non-Intel iMac. Sorry. But, the versions that do run on your computer are pretty cool. Another digital world/plante/moon to venture upon/into/at! Maybe we'll see a Portland sunset someday. Hmmm. I can only imagine.

I Googled "PoƤng". It's all clear, now.
Your Google-fu is getting stronger, I see. ;)
I was going to post a reply this morning that explained about all that, but then I thought I should post a whole new blog entry instead, and then I was tired and had other things to do so nothing happened. Yep. That was my day.
Busy craft fair weekend happened (two different events), and Rupert knocked a 40 lb tent weight onto his foot at midnight Friday night, so there was that to deal with as well. Good news is, Rupert is completely fine now and you'd never know he had been injured at all (big swollen black and blue foot and a terrible limp for only about 8 hours).
I made some money and met some great people, and maybe tomorrow I'll actually blog about it. Right now, I'm wanting to sleep and knit baby hats. :)
